When you come and stay at Challenge Chaser Retreat and enjoy one of our fitness getaways you will be privy to an exclusive experience unlike any other. Our weekends are tailored to your needs and requirements but do run in a general format. Below is just an idea of what can be expected. 

The program

RISE AND SHINE

Wake up to the sounds of nature in your luxury private tent and enjoy one of our rejuvenating morning beverages delivered straight to your door.

START YOUR DAY

​

Begin your day with an early morning stretch session or a guided walk around the property. 

FUEL UP

​

Enjoy delicious, healthy, and freshly prepared meals throughout your stay including breakfast, lunch, and dinner (plus snacks and beverages).

DAILY FITNESS PROGRAM

​

Every day enjoy a new fitness program specifically designed to keep you motivated, focused, interested, and learning new things.

 

You will undertake 2 - 4 different sessions each day.

These may include a mixture of high and low-intensity training both inside our multifunctional gym and out in the natural surrounds of the retreat.

Session include:

  • Sprint training

  • Boxing

  • Rope training

  • Circuit training

  • Interval training

  • Resistance training

  • Bands, Ropes and TKR

  • Cardiofit

  • Calisthenics

  • Fit ball

  • Weight training

  • Hiking

FREE TIME

​

We ensure you have a number of periods dedicated throughout the day to rest and rejuvenate. Sit back, take in the serenity relax, read a good book or why not take advantage of our many facilities.

EVENING SEMINARS

​

Sit back and relax in our lounge area and learn something new with our educational workshops. Topics include - how to stay motivated, how to plan your own training, what's your next fitness challenge, the importance of health and fitness.  

NIGHT TIME ACTIVITIES

​

After a busy day, if your not too tired and have not retired to bed why not enjoy one of our night activities such as a spa under the stars, a hot cuppa by the campfire in the cooler months, an outdoor movie or compete in our table tennis and darts playoffs.

06:30am     Tea, coffee and lemon/ginger-infused water delivered to your tent. 

07:00am     Stretching session (optional)

07:30am      Nutritious breakfast to fuel your day

08:30am      Preparation time 

09:00am      Fitness session

10:00am       Super smoothie + protein snack

10:30am        Fitness session

12:00pm       Lunch and free time

15:00pm       Fitness session and tyre pull session

16:30pm       Scrumptious healthy mocktails and afternoon snack on the deck

17:30pm       Motivational seminar

19:00pm       Dinner

19:45pm       Relax in the spa under the stars or toast marshmallows and warm up     by the outdoor campfire
