Friday Evening

Smorgasbord of BBQ meats, corn on the cob and an assortment of fresh salads  

Dessert 

 Homemade  flour-less chocolate cake with a strawberry and yogurt compote severed with a garnish of fresh berries

Saturday 

Snack

Apple pie  cookies + fresh Tropical smoothie  

 

Lunch

Entree -  Caprese salad with  baby bocconcini

Main -  Tandoori Chicken wraps with a  yogurt mint dressing

Dinner

Lemon and herb encrusted fresh Atlantic Salmon served on a bed of warm sweet potato , served with seasonal vegetables 

Dessert 

 Home made healthy apple and raspberry crumble

Continental Breakfast 

Home made muesli, a selection of cereals, fresh yogurt, fruit platter, toast, fruit loaf, a selection of ham and cheeses

Hot Breakfast 

Poached eggs, fresh ripe tomatoes, grilled mushrooms, avocado, bacon and spinach 

 

Sunday
